Welcome to ChibiArt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChibiArt website at chibiart.ai and our AI-powered chibi image generation services ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
To use our Services, you must create an account by:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Using a valid email address or signing in via Google or GitHub
- Creating a secure password (if using email registration)
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ChibiArt provides AI-powered image generation services that allow you to:
- Generate chibi-style images from text prompts
- Access and download your generated images
- Manage your generations through your account dashboard
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Free: Limited access to basic features
- Starter: 500 generations per month ($9.90/month or $95/year)
- Pro: 1,500 generations per month ($19.90/month or $191/year)
- Business: 5,000 generations per month ($49.90/month or $479/year)
Additional credits can be purchased:
- Small: 200 generations ($4.99)
- Medium: 500 generations ($9.99)
- Large: 1,500 generations ($24.99)
- Subscription credits expire 30 days after allocation
- Purchased credit packages expire 30 days after purchase
- Unused credits do not roll over
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Credit Packages: Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
- Disputes: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact [email protected] within 30 days
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period
- Your account will revert to the Free plan
- Previously generated images remain accessible
- You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit
- Generated images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use
- You may not claim AI-generated images as human-created artwork when disclosure is required
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Generate deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people
- Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
- Overload or disrupt our systems through automated abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Review and remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
ChibiArt, our logo, website design, and underlying AI technology are our intellectual property protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.
- Images generated through our Services are created by AI based on your prompts
- We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use generated images
- We do not claim ownership of images you generate
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific results or quality of generated images
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- Availability in all regions
Our AI may occasionally:
- Generate unexpected or imperfect results
- Fail to accurately interpret prompts
- Produce content that requires review before use
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChibiArt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you generate or distribute using our Services
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated Terms on this page
- Sending an email to your registered address (for significant changes)
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChibiArt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation

- Binding arbitration or court proceedings (as a last resort)
